To explore specific strategies to enhance communication and collaboration between autistic and neurotypical managers/colleagues, with a strength-based approach.
What You Will Learn
Prerequisite: Participants must have completed Workplace 101 workshop.
This practical workshop is for both autistic and neurotypical workers and builds on the foundation of Workshop 101: Introduction to Autism in the Workplace.
- Learn about common communication and social challenges between autistic and neurotypical employees
- Explore strategies to enhance your ability to work effectively together.

Duration: 2 hours
Where available: Live in-person workshops at your location, or online via Zoom or MS Teams.
Facilitators: All our learning events are facilitated by presenters with in-depth knowledge and/or lived experience of autism.
