Workplace 101: Introduction to Autism in the Workplace

Workshop Purpose

To equip managers, HR, and colleagues with foundational knowledge about autism in the workplace.

Learn about autism from a strengths perspective
Explore some common autistic experiences in the workplace, with practical strategies you can use to support autistic colleagues
If you are autistic, there will be opportunity to share strategies that work for you with your colleagues
The workshop ends with a case study to apply the learning and provide an opportunity to develop your action plan.

Duration: 4 hours

Where available: Live in-person workshops at your location, or online via Zoom or MS Teams.

Facilitators: All our learning events are facilitated by presenters with in-depth knowledge and/or lived experience of autism.
