The Information and Support team is responsible for administrative support for the day-to-day delivery of our services within our organisation. As an Information and Support administrator you will be an expert in key systems and tools and will be able to manage diverse components of the Connection and Funding process. Often, you will be the organisation’s face to those ones we are working with. No two days being the same, you will support the wider team, as well as data entry and office administration. We will also create a Community of Practise to ensure we work consistently and collaboratively into the future.
Note: This is a permanent part time role working 20 hours per week within our Whanganui office between 8am and 5pm
As an Team Support Administrator for Your Way | Kia Roha the successful applicant will:
- IT knowledge and experience with databases and Microsoft programs
- Have experience in customer service, in particular making and receiving phone calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to a range of people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Understands importance of confidentiality
- The ability to work well as part of a local and national team
- Hold a current driver’s licence
