We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator Mobility Centre to join our supportive and dedicated team.

Are you an experienced administrator with strong financial skills and a passion for efficiency? We are looking for a Senior Administrator to oversee accounts processing and streamline administrative operations at our Mobility Centre chain of retail stores. This key role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, reconciliations, reporting, system maintenance, and general office administration. This is a full-time role, working 32 – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Senior Administrator the successful applicant will:

  • Manage payables, receivables, and debt control. Reconcile financial records and maintain the fixed asset register. Support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Assist with MYOB inventory, stocktakes, and pricing updates
  • Oversee daily office operations, procurement, and vendor management. Maintain contracts, compliance documentation, and e-commerce content. Manage Mobility Centre insurance claims, lease agreements, facilities, and vehicle fleet requirements
  • Improve administrative processes, ensure compliance, develop Mobility Centre policies, support audits, and train staff on financial systems and compliance
  • Provide support to update content on e-commerce platform.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in accounts and general administrative roles preferably with a retail background.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MYOB, and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and strong connections with a wide range of people
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to adapt communication skills to the situation at hand.
