Life Friends

Available in Hamilton

Social connection and friendship made easy.

Do you want to learn and practise how and where you can make meaningful friendships? Or have you just moved to the Waikato and want to know what kinds of activities our region has to offer?

Life Friends is an adult education course designed to help you learn about friendships and meaningful relationships, and how to go about building them.

This course will:

  • Support you to grow your current relationships, social skills and relationship building skills
  • Help you find and join existing clubs or groups that match your interests and passions
  • Build your confidence to connect with others and participate in your community

We understand that making friends as an adult can sometimes be tricky.

If you would like to build your confidence to approach and form friendships with people who enjoy the same activities as you, this course is for you.
