Mandatory Basic Training for Multi-Sensory Environment Support People
Family members, caregivers, and support workers wanting to support people to use the multi-sensory environment (MSE) room or garden must first complete a Your Way | Kia Roha MSE basic training course before they can use the facility. This three-hour training course is carried out from 10.00am to 1.00pm in Hamilton approximately once per month, for a fee of $50 per person (including GST).
Organisational Training
Organisation specific training is also available, as well as training on how to improve or develop your own sensory space. The cost and duration of this customised training will be provided once we understand your specific requirements.
Training Timetable
- Tuesday, 22nd September – 10am – 1pm
- Tuesday, 20th October – 10am – 1pm
- Tuesday, 24th November – 10am – 1pm
Payment
Payment for MSE training can be made by cash, EFTPOS, credit / debit card, purchase order or bank transfer. Invoicing can also be set up for pre-approved suppliers.
