Councils, organisations and associations are further exploring ways to best meet the accessibility and accommodation needs of neurodivergent employees. This is a chance for workplaces to not only meet reasonable accommodations as part of their overall disability strategy and requirements, but also for getting the absolute best out of their employees.   

Workplace Workshops

Workplace 101: Introduction to Autism in the workplace. To equip managers, People and Culture, and colleagues with foundational knowledge about autism in the workplace.  

Workplace 102: Autism in The Workplace Skill Development.  To equip People and Culture managers and colleagues to work effectively with Autistic employees.

Workplace 103: Collaborating with Autistic Talent. To explore specific strategies to enhance communication and collaboration between Autistic and neurotypical managers/colleagues, with a strength-based approach. 

Workplace 104: Attracting, recruiting and hiring Autistic Talent: to equip People and Culture managers to attract, recruit, and successfully onboard Autistic employees.
