Toitū Te Mahi Workforce

Toitū Te Mahi provides participants with the skills required to transition into employment. A 4-week pre-training programme equips participants with soft and technical skills, cultural development, licensing and the required certification to support them through to the next stage, being employment. The typical participant will be motivated and focused. They will have the support of a team who are dedicated to empowering whānau in our community through education and employment.
