Theraputic Use of LEGO®

About Theraputic Use of LEGO®

Theraputic Use of LEGO® is much the same as Mindful Building where the same methods are employed however these sessions are aimed at teenagers and adults and focus more on respite, mental health and peer to peer support. Theraputic Use of LEGO® sessions are either free building from a pile of bricks or building LEGO® sets with instructions. Participants choose what they want to build from our extensive library which includes LEGO® sets from basic to advanced, large and small. Building with LEGO® provides time to talk, relax, have meaningful shared experiences in small groups or one to one. Best suited for people from age 15 up. $25 per session or $225 for ten trips.
