Adult Guardianship and Advocacy Services Trust (AGAST) understand the barriers many people with disabilities face. We believe that everyone deserves to live an Aspirational life, that is full and meaningful. Our coaches support people to be all they can be, as dictated by the person themselves. We provide support with: Self Advocacy, Building Life Skills (Cooking, budgeting, cleaning, renting etc), being part of your community, establishing and maintaining relationships, staying Healthy and safe, accessing Employment, accessing Education, maintaining good mental and physical health and any other skill a person wants to develop.
