Working alongside your coach, community connector and whānau, Forward, Together runs alongside all Momenta’s programmes. You may be interested in pursuing goals in education, employment or recreation. Whatever it is, we will support you to find and connect to those opportunities in the community. Our life skills coaches and community connector are flexible where they meet you. This might be in our office, online, in the community, or in your home. You choose.
