Credit Terms

  1. Payment Due Date: Payment for goods and/or services provided under this contract shall be due within 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Late Payment: Late payments may accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
  3. Billing Disputes: Any disputes regarding invoiced amounts must be raised in writing within 5 days of receipt of the invoice. The remainder of the invoice not in dispute must be paid according to the terms herein.
  4. Suspension of Services: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until all outstanding balances are settled.
  5. Collection Costs: The customer agrees to reimburse Your Way | Kia Roha for any costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in the collection of overdue amounts.
  6. Credit Approval: All credit extended is subject to final approval by Your Way | Kia Roha. We reserve the right to modify or revoke credit terms at our discretion.
  7. Payment Method: Payments must be made into our designated bank account as specified on the invoice.
  8. Taxes: The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the goods and/or services provided under this contract.
  9. Currency: All payments shall be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). If you require payment terms by the 20th of the month, please request and complete our Account Application for Credit form and return it with this agreement for consideration.
  10. Terms Acceptance: Completion of the Account Application for Credit form or signing below does not guarantee that these terms will be accepted by Your Way | Kia Roha. You will be advised of the outcome within 5 working days.
