Your Way | Kia Roha Connections and Funding teams contact people with funded disability support to review how the support is working, or if there has been a change in need. This review is either annual or biennial.
Our team members text or phone you (or the main parent or caregiver identified/Welfare Guardian) and ask questions that help us understand what’s happening for you before your disability support ends.
From August 2025, we will introduce a new system, emailing you, or the primary parent/main caregiver/welfare guardian, four weeks before the review. We will also offer a new option to complete the review with us; you can book an appointment online with one of our review coordinators.

Reviews are important, and we want to know what’s going well and what’s not, including how satisfied you are with the services you receive, and if there have been any changes to your disability.
